Biography
The Firm's founder, Roberto Jimenez, Jr., was born and raised in Stockton, California, the center of the Central Valley. He started his legal career in 2019 at a prominent law firm in Stockton, representing employees and small businesses in addition to tackling a wide range of other legal matters. Later, Mr. Jimenez's experience and knowledge achieved him recognition and employment by one of United States' largest and well-known employment litigation law firms in Sacramento. At the large law firm, Mr. Jimenez defended large nationwide businesses in a wide range of employment disputes. With this wealth of experience, Mr. Jimenez decided to return to Stockton to start his own practice and have full control in making important decision to provide the best possible representation to his clients.
As a son of Mexican immigrants, Mr. Jimenez grew up in a Spanish speaking household. His fluency in Spanish adds to his wealth of knowledge in serving the Central Valley, where many hard workers only speak Spanish. Mr. Jimenez understands the unique experiences faced in the workplace when there are language and cultural barriers between employees and their employers. Mr. Jimenez is here to tear down barriers.
Mr. Jimenez is licensed to practice in all California Courts and the United States District Court, Eastern District of California. He is a member of Judge Consuelo M. Callahan American Inn of Court, the San Joaquin County Bar Association, California Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and a former executive committee member (Vice President) of the Young Lawyers of the San Joaquin County Bar Association.
Mr. Jimenez is a lawyer, but he is also a husband, father, son, brother, friend, and someone who will listen to his clients and treat their case with the utmost care.
